Description
Financial Management is a course in level 2 of the ICAG professional qualification syllabus. The aim of this module is to enable students to develop, understand and apply the principles and techniques of financial management in various contexts and situations.
The course covers the following topics:

- The objectives and functions of financial management
- The sources and costs of finance
- The capital structure and dividend policy decisions
- The investment appraisal methods and techniques
- The working capital management and cash flow forecasting
- The risk and return analysis and portfolio theory
- The capital asset pricing model and the cost of capital
- The financial markets and instruments
